Species & Formats
- Salmon: Wild Pacific King, Sockeye, and Coho in season. Farmed Atlantic salmon year-round. Whole, H&G, fillet, and portion cut available.
- Halibut: Wild Pacific halibut — highly seasonal. Fresh during Alaska season; IQF frozen available year-round. Whole, fillet, and portioned.
- Tuna: Yellowfin and Bigeye available fresh and frozen. Sushi-grade and cook-grade options. Loins and portion-cut steaks.
- Shrimp: Gulf white shrimp and Pacific shrimp. Head-on, shell-on, and peeled/deveined formats. Multiple size counts available.
- Scallops: U/10, U/12, and U/15 dry-pack sea scallops. Domestic dayboat and imported options. Dry pack only — no water-added products.
- Crab: Dungeness crab sections and whole cooked. Snow crab clusters available. Dungeness sourced from Pacific Northwest fisheries when in season.
- Lobster: Maine lobster tails and whole live lobster available. Canadian cold-water tails for consistent sizing and quality in lobster programs.
- Cod & White Fish: Pacific cod, Black cod (sablefish), and other white fish. Fresh and frozen fillets. Pacific sablefish is a Pacific Northwest specialty.
- Octopus & Squid: Spanish and Mediterranean octopus (cooked and raw). Squid tubes, rings, and whole squid. Great for tapas, crudo, and international menus.
